Leo is well known by those who follow Brittany All-Age Circuits in all regions. He was born 5/23/2014, out of sire Maxwell’s Outer Limits bred to dam Cedar Valley Lily, by breeders Tom Tracy and Paul Rosevear. Jack Alexander and Robert Rankin currently own Leo.
Leo began his career with one of his owners, well-known Jack Alexander, and his career flourished under Professional Trainer Tom Tracy. Leo has competed and won championships in all regions under the handling of Tom and Jack showing his ability to adapt to all types of courses, especially in the tough terrain of the Sandhills and in intense heat. Leo was strong and athletic, capable of locating planted quail at field trials, and locating wild birds, quail, pheasant, and prairie chickens under heat and pressure with tremendous style and impeccable manners. His offspring are doing well and winning and placing in all types of Brittany venues.
Leo began his career by winning the 2016 Victorie National Derby Championship and the 2016 Shooting Dog Derby Classic.

Leo obtained 5 other notable placements in hour championships. He was the Pheasant Championship Winner 3x. This remarkable record was achieved during a highly competitive era with many quality dogs competing at this level.
Leo was 2020 Purina Brittany AAA Dog of the Year.
Progeny
Leo was not bred until 2021 and only 7x to date. His progeny, just beginning to accumulate notable accomplishments, are of very young age and show qualities of being competitive in the field and completing their field champion titles.
Leo bred to Ww’s Miss Wendy’s Peffercorn produced FC GFC Ww’s Miss Carona (Rona). She is owned by Burton and Wendy Wice.

Rona has won 6 All Age Field Trials, won the ABC 2022 Open Derby and placed 3rd in the ABC Nationals. Her career continues to this day.
Leo was bred to Glade Run White Cloud and produced Glade Run Goober (G)
“G” was runner up in the Dixieland GOLAA, has a derby win, 2 Open All Age wins and 4 adult placements.
The same litter produced Glade Run Irish Double Booker T (Junior). Junior has 4 championship placements, 1 Derby win, a Derby placement and an OAA placement.
